CNC Milling Machine Operator- Afternoon Shift

Hilton Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team in Dandenong South.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components in accordance with engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components to specification
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished products
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Overtime may be available based on production requirements.
